隔壁老樊 is the stage name of a 21 year old Chinese boy who is an online singer. He made this song and released it online, blowing up the whole Chinese community. It is a song about the yearning of a man for the love of his life, disregarding all odds to meet her.


It is an awesome song, showing the boy's raspy and powerful voice and has a lot of emotions in it.

Chris Medina - What Are Words


What Are Words, sang by Chris Medina, is an English ballad song talking about his fiancee, Juliana Ramos, who suffered a brain injury two months before they were married. It conveys the deep and undying love he has for his wife even though she may not be the same person anymore (physically).


This song is definitely touching if you are able to understand how he feels or feel the love he has for his wife and is a must-listen song for everyone.

Mika Nakashima - Yuki No Hana (Snow Flower)

This is probably the oldest songs on the list, but definitely a heart-breaker for everyone. Yuki No Hana, meaning Snow Flower, is a Japanese ballad song sang by Mika Nakashima and talks about the love between a man and her but in the her perspective. Put in the context of winter, she sings that just like the snow flowers, she feels that their love is pure and beautiful.




This song doesn't have powerful vocals but more of a serene and elegant melody to it that really makes you weep instead of crying out loud.

El Perdedor, sang by Enrique Iglesias, is a Spanish ballad song about the his lover and him growing far apart since she always wants more from him, and in the end, they separated.


It is a sad song for all the people out there who can understand the pain of leaving someone who always thinks you are not good enough despite you giving your all, the agony of her never acknowledging you. It is a really sad song.
